Community allotment gardening

GoodGym Cambridge volunteers help maintain the Fox Den Community Allotment with weeding, watering, harvesting and general upkeep.

GoodGym Cambridge is running a one-hour volunteering session at the Fox Den Community Allotment, a greenspace managed with the local community that supports people without gardens of their own. Participants carry out general maintenance alongside harvesting, weeding and watering plants, with all equipment provided. The group meets at the allotment gate behind Cambridge United Football Ground; attendees should bring water and wear suitable clothing for the task and weather. It is described as a relaxed, social task open to first-time GoodGymers aged 18 or over.
