Boundary Brook Nature Park work party
About
A GoodGym Oxford volunteering session helping Oxford Urban Wildlife Group with grassland maintenance and litter clearing at Boundary Brook Nature Park.
GoodGym Oxford volunteers are joining Oxford Urban Wildlife Group to help maintain the grassland at Boundary Brook Nature Park, a green space with mixed woodland, meadow, a nature pond and butterfly glade. The main work involves digging out tenacious bramble roots to prevent regrowth in spring, plus clearing litter. Participants should bring their own gardening gloves and wear wellies or sturdy footwear as the site is usually muddy; other tools are provided. The session runs 10:30am to 12:00pm and is open to anyone aged 18 or over.
