Cookery Demo and Two Course Lunch with Michel Roux

Michelin-starred chef Michel Roux hosts a cookery demonstration followed by a two-course lunch with paired wine at Crossbasket Castle.

Chef Michel Roux demonstrates two of his favourite dishes, sharing tips from the kitchen, followed by a Q&A. Guests are welcomed with tea and coffee at 11.30am before the noon demonstration, then sit down to a two-course lunch in the Grand Ballroom with a paired glass of wine. The event runs from 11.30am to around 1pm onwards.
