Masterclass with Michel Roux

Michel Roux Jr leads a hands-on seasonal three-course cooking masterclass, followed by dining with the chef and paired wines.

Participants watch demonstrations and then cook each dish with support from the Sauce team. The programme includes champagne, the meal, wines and a signed cookbook. Demonstrations use meat or fish, with alternative ingredients available for dietary requirements; demonstrations themselves do not use substitutions. Arrival is 9:45 am and teaching begins 10 am.
