This 2.5-hour course at edge's demonstration market garden at Hestercombe Gardens teaches gardeners how to multiply their own edible plants at little or no cost. Topics include sowing, seed saving, leaf, stem and root cuttings, grafting, budding, and layering and division, with seasonal variation between summer and winter methods. The session is delivered outdoors on uneven ground with some time under cover in the polytunnel or glasshouse, and is suitable for beginners and professionals alike.
