GoodGym Brent group run delivering Queen's Park Community Council's newsletter to local residents, meeting at Willesden Green Tube Station.
GoodGym Brent's group run supports Queen's Park Community Council, London's only community council, by jogging around the area delivering its local newsletter to residents. Participants run or walk to the task and back, with routes of roughly 5-6km in total, and a walking group option is available for those who prefer not to run. The session is led by GoodGym Brent run leader Pete, welcomes newcomers aged 18 or over, and no one gets left behind.
