About
GoodGym volunteers collect surplus food from Gail's on Buckingham Palace Road and carry it to St Mary's Church for Under One Sky to make into sandwiches for rough sleepers.
GoodGym Westminster is running a short food-rescue task on behalf of the charity Under One Sky. Participants collect surplus food from Gail's on Buckingham Palace Road just before it closes at 18:25, then walk it roughly 15 minutes to St Mary's Church on Bourne Street, where it will be made into sandwiches and taken out to people sleeping on the streets. The session is open to adults aged 18 or over and is described as ideal for beginners.
