Friendship as a Path to Liberation: A Day Retreat for Women

This day retreat for women takes the Buddha's teaching that friendship is 'the whole of the spiritual life' as its theme, asking how friendship fits into the stages of Ethics, Meditation and Wisdom. Led by Taravandana, Sraddhamani and Santavajri, the day combines talks, discussion and guided reflection, with time to spend with friends both actual and potential. It is suitable for all levels of involvement in Triratna, and participants are asked to bring a vegetarian lunch to share.
