A family Halloween trail follows the surfaced path from the Visitor Centre around Ryton Pool and past Foothills play area.

Follow a surfaced path from the Visitor Centre around Ryton Pool and past Foothills play area, looking for 13 spooky items. Reserve a trail sheet, then collect and pay £2 at the Visitor Centre; treats are included. The trail is available 24 October–1 November. Park hours are 08:00–18:00 in October and 08:00–17:00 in November.
