About

A beginner ranger session introduces children to bats, their habitats, calls, diet and hunting, with a bouncing brown long-eared bat craft.

Children aged 5 and over are the intended audience; younger children need extra help. The source asks families to dress for indoor and outdoor activities and requires one adult for every three children. Tickets are required only for participating children; meet at the visitor centre.
