Fused Glass Workshop - Sutton Courtenay

A beginners' glass fusing workshop for over-18s making two Christmas or nature-inspired tealights or suncatchers, led by Sue Matthews.

Participants learn the art of glass fusion, arranging layers of glass into a design that is kiln-fired to fuse together. Each attendee makes two 10cm square pieces — tealights or suncatchers — with a Christmas or nature theme, with templates and examples provided and no cutting or experience required. The session opens with a hot drink and mince pie before Sue Matthews of The Floral Fuse leads the making from 6:30pm. Finished pieces are returned to the centre for collection within 7–10 days.
