The inTrUDORS
About
An immersive 16th-century social deduction game at Samlesbury Hall where 30 players split into hidden factions of Challengers and inTrUDORS solve puzzles across three timed Timeslips.
The inTrUDORS is a 3.5-hour immersive experience combining social deduction, interactive drama and a historic quest, staged in the chambers and grounds of the 14th-century manor. Thirty players are secretly divided into two factions — Challengers and inTrUDORS — with no one knowing who is who, as the inTrUDORS sabotage efforts to gather information. The game unfolds across three role-playing Timeslips set in the 16th century, where players meet characters such as Queen Elizabeth I, William Shakespeare, Matthew Hopkins, Guy Fawkes and King Henry VIII, each posing riddles that unlock progress, before a final End Game decides the winning faction. Players must arrive at 6.45pm for a 7pm start, with a briefing emailed beforehand.
