Carols by Candlelight

A festive fundraising evening of carols by Blackburn People’s Choir in the Great Hall at Samlesbury Hall, with mulled wine and mince pies.

Samlesbury Hall hosts a candlelit Christmas evening featuring a performance by Blackburn People’s Choir, with much-loved carols sung beside the log fire in the Great Hall. Doors open at 6pm with the performance starting at 7pm, and the event runs until 8.30pm. Each ticket includes a glass of mulled wine or hot vimto and a mince pie on arrival, with further drinks available from the bar. Proceeds support the repair and restoration of the hall’s roof.
