About
An informal after-work baking session shaping, proving, baking and decorating buns; enriched dough preparation is taught in the separate brioche class. The 90-minute session is for 16 years and over. Arrive 15 minutes before the published start and wear closed shoes. A Comptoir apron is included. Published allergens: gluten, egg, dairy, nuts. The source warns of possible traces of nuts, sesame, gluten, milk, eggs, mustard and soya.
