South American Empanadas & Pudding

Prepare filled empanadas and a dulce de leche sponge pudding, then share the results in an evening baking and dining workshop.

Learn to make empanada dough, fill and shape the pastries and develop their crimped edges. A herb condiment accompanies the savoury pastries, and the pudding uses dulce de leche sauce and walnuts. The two-hour class includes eating the finished dishes with fellow participants. All experience levels are welcome; minimum age is twelve, and under-eighteens need a paying adult. Individual tutors are not named.
