A two-afternoon gouache painting workshop for children aged 10+ painting an autumn still life inspired by Zurbarán, now fully booked.

Young artists work from an arrangement of autumn vegetables, starting with observational drawing before learning gouache painting techniques. Taking inspiration from Francisco de Zurbarán's use of light, composition and form, the sessions cover colour mixing, brush control and tonal values. All materials are provided and each participant takes home a finished still life painting. The two consecutive afternoon sessions are suitable for all abilities with no previous experience required.
