Dance for Parkinson's Liverpool

English National Ballet's Dance for Parkinson's programme delivers in-person classes at Liverpool Hope University's Great Hall on the Creative Campus, in partnership with the university. Each session runs from 1:30pm to 3:30pm and includes a practical dance class accompanied by live music, followed by refreshments and social time. The classes welcome people living with Parkinson's along with families, loved ones and carers, with seated and standing adaptations for all abilities and no prior dance experience required. Sessions aim to enhance fluidity of movement, postural stability, flexibility and balance through rhythm, voice and dance.
