About
A hybrid dance class designed to improve balance, spatial awareness, confidence, and fluidity of movement for people with Parkinson's.
These hybrid classes allow participants to join either in-person or online. Each session lasts approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes and includes a variety of seated and standing movements. The program is led by dance health specialists and aims to enhance balance, spatial awareness, confidence, and movement fluidity. A free optional social café is available before the in-person class.
