Flamenco Technique Course

A seven-week flamenco technique course with Maika covering posture, arms, footwork, rhythm, coordination and expression, open to all levels.

Maika leads a weekly flamenco technique class at iD Studios in Ealing, running Saturdays from 31 October to 12 December 2026, 11am to 12pm. Each session focuses on a different element, from posture and foundations through arms and hands, footwork, rhythm and musicality, coordination, and expression, finishing with a session that brings everything together through short dance combinations and music. The class is suitable for beginners and more experienced dancers, with exercises adapted to different levels, and participants can join the full course or attend individual sessions.
