Worm Time Dialogues - Samhain

A facilitated Bohm Dialogue workshop combining reflective group listening with 'Worm Time' creative rest, themed around the wheel of the year.

This workshop invites participants to slow down and explore their relationship to time through Bohm Dialogue, a facilitated listening practice, combined with the philosophy of 'Worm Time' — periods of creative rest for metabolising experiences and composting thoughts. The session opens with short framing exercises in pairs and small groups before moving into a circle-based dialogue where deep listening and silence are welcomed and speaking is optional. The dialogue draws on the wheel of the year and the wisdom of nature's rhythms, creating an inclusive, non-hierarchical space for shared enquiry.
