Rave On

A touring tribute show of note-perfect 1950s and 1960s rock and roll hits performed by West End musical theatre alumni at Barnsley Civic.

Rave On is a celebration of 1950s and 1960s rock and roll, tracing the music from Sun Records in Memphis through the British Invasion. The brand-new show features hits associated with Elvis Presley, Buddy Holly, Chuck Berry, The Beatles, Little Richard, Roy Orbison, Lulu and The Beach Boys, among others. It runs 140 minutes including an interval and is performed in Assembly Theatre (seated) by musicians who have appeared in West End productions including The Buddy Holly Story, Million Dollar Quartet and Dreamboats & Petticoats, with vintage costumes and staging encouraging dancing in the aisles.
