Civic 150 Coffee Morning

A free coffee morning inviting people to share memories, photographs and memorabilia of Barnsley Civic as part of the Civic150 heritage project.

As part of the Civic150 project researching the building's original decorative scheme and restoring its encaustic tiles, Barnsley Civic is inviting the public to share memories of the venue. Visitors can drop in for tea and toast, hear about the project, and bring photographs, programmes, tickets and other memorabilia to be scanned and shared on the day. Sessions run for two hours in the Community Space, with further monthly events planned.
