A family Halloween steam train experience on the Kent & East Sussex Railway with spells, potions, magic and a baby dragon, running 28–30 October.
The Spellbound Express is a Halloween-themed steam train adventure for children aged 4–11 and their families, running over three days during October half term. The roughly one-hour experience includes return steam travel from Tenterden to Northiam Station, potion-mixing with Wendy The Wicked Witch, magic from Merlin the Magician, a friendly baby dragon for photos, and an activity pack with a Junior Spellcaster certificate on completion. Fancy dress is encouraged, with sweets and prizes for the best costumes, and the event is designed to be fun rather than scary.
