A Samhain/Halloween Special Dance in the Dark...Energy Moves.

A guided mindful walk and dance at Parc Penallta using silent disco headsets to celebrate Samhain/Halloween.

Participants meet at the Parc Penallta main car park, where they collect a silent disco headset and LED torch before setting off at 7.30pm. The hour-long session involves walking, moving and dancing mindfully to a specially curated playlist in celebration of Samhain/Halloween. The slow-paced walk follows grass or gravel paths with slight inclines and occasional steps, and is suitable for adults and accompanied children aged 12 and over; dogs are not allowed.
