Wheel of the Year Forest Bathing Walks

A guided forest bathing walk at Ham Hill Country Park marking Samhain, using mindfulness invitations to slow down and reconnect with nature.

The Eco Monkey leads a guided forest bathing session based on the Japanese practice of Shinrin Yoku, timed to the Samhain point on the Wheel of the Year. Participants journey slowly through Ham Hill Country Park, rarely travelling more than a quarter of a mile, opening their senses through a series of invitations with no right or wrong way to respond. The session lasts two and a half hours, suits all ages, and a donation from each ticket supports the Friends of Ham Hill Country Park.
