Movement

A launch dance-floor session blending ecstatic dance, 5Rhythms and freeflow at Motionhouse, themed around ancestral communication.

Room4Movement launches at Motionhouse as a new monthly dance offering blending ecstatic dance, 5Rhythms and freeflow, open to beginners and experienced dancers alike. The two-hour session is not a class or performance but an open floor where participants move freely to soulful, tribal and uplifting rhythms. The launch theme, Ancestral Communication, explores boundaries, inner listening and reclaiming story, lineage, body and voice through music, breath and movement.
