A monthly 5Rhythms and freedomDANCE session for GBTQ+ men led by Bodie at the London School of Capoeira Herança.
Roots & MOVE is a conscious dance session for GBTQ+ men, blending 5Rhythms and freedomDANCE practice. Each session begins with grounding movement, opens into free-flowing dance and closes with a shared circle, with breathwork and somatic practices woven in. No prior experience is needed and sessions run on the last Friday of the month, 7-9pm, with 30 dancing places per session.
