Dance Free hosts a two-hour outdoor ecstatic dance session in a quiet woodland spot at Hartsholme Country Park, meeting at the car park at 10:55am before a short walk to the dancing location. After a welcome and guidelines, a short guided movement meditation leads into a music journey of shifting rhythms played through wireless headsets, with participants free to move as much or as little as they like. The session closes with a gathering to connect and chat, and attendees are invited to bring a hot drink to share afterwards. The event is alcohol- and drug-free, non-verbal on the dance floor, and open to ages 16+.
