Nordic Buns Making Workshop

A hands-on baking workshop where participants make Nordic cinnamon, cardamom and almond-toffee buns from scratch and take home everything they bake.

Baking teacher and Real Bread Campaign ambassador Giovanni leads this four-hour, in-person workshop at Myland Parish Church. Participants bake three Nordic bun varieties — cinnamon buns, cardamom buns and almond and toffee buns — from scratch. The session is suitable for all abilities, includes hot drinks and recipes, and everyone takes home the products made during the day. Doors open at 10:50 AM and the workshop is for ages 18+.
