Söderberg hosts a hands-on cinnamon bun baking masterclass at its Pavilion in Edinburgh, open to beginners and experienced bakers alike. Over three and a half hours, the bakery's bakers guide participants through making dough, twisting and shaping buns, and baking a batch to take home. The session includes a welcome drink, a tipple while baking, and a sit-down meal with a glass of wine or cocktail while the buns bake, plus a goodie bag with a tote bag, recipe card and dough scraper.
