Nordic Pastries Making Workshop

A four-hour in-person baking workshop in Tollesbury where participants learn to make Nordic cinnamon, cardamom and almond-toffee buns.

Baker Giovanni leads a four-hour, in-person baking workshop on Nordic pastries, suitable for all abilities and open to ages 18 and over. Participants make cinnamon buns, cardamom buns and almond and toffee buns, then take home everything they produce. Hot drinks and recipes are included, and free parking is available at the venue.
