About

A progressive adult pointe class for students with an established foundation in pointe work.

The course builds on existing pointe technique through more challenging barre and centre exercises, longer combinations, travelling sequences and pirouette practice. The source requires teacher approval and recommends participants have a solid pointe foundation.
