Winter Solstice Sunrise Walk & Sound Bath X Far Coley Farm

A guided winter solstice sunrise walk around Far Coley Farm followed by a relaxing sound bath in the Barn, with hot drinks and a light snack.

Kelly Bisson hosts a peaceful winter morning at Far Coley Farm to mark the approach of the Winter Solstice. The morning begins with a gentle sunrise walk around the farm's fields, woodland and lakes, with views across Cannock Chase, pausing to welcome the rising sun. Afterwards the group settles in the Barn for a sound bath using crystal singing bowls, chimes and drum, with guided relaxation and no prior experience needed. The session finishes with coffee or tea, a light snack and time to connect, running from 8am to 10.30am.
