Jackie Sangster, Learning Manager, leads a talk touring Scotland in the 1930s using material from the HES Archives to explore Art Deco. The session looks at Moderne buildings, lidos, streamlined transport and cinemas, before concluding with the Empire Exhibition of 1938. Afterwards, attendees can view related archive material. The talk takes place in the archive search room, where coats and bags must be stored in lockers.
