Open Mind

A weekly creative multimedia and peer support session for people recovering from mental ill-health, run by Real Time at the Rising Sun Arts Centre.

Open Mind is a creative multimedia and peer support project for people recovering from mental ill-health, using creative expression and visual methods to build relationships and community-based networks. Participants supported by Real Time have taken part in practical script development workshops and planned, recorded, edited and distributed a short film shot entirely in Reading. Sessions take place in the Main Hall on Tuesday evenings.
