About
GoodGym Lewisham's weekly group run combines a 7-8km run with helping Seniors by taking down their Halloween decorations.
GoodGym Lewisham meets every Monday evening to combine running with practical tasks for local community organisations. This week the group runs 7-8km (including some hills) to Seniors, a building hosting activities for over-50s, to take down the Halloween decorations from its Halloween party. Runners of all abilities are welcome, with a walk option and a back-marker so no one is left behind; the group meets at Glass Mill Leisure Centre at 6.45pm, with lockers and changing facilities available.
