About
A free drop-in family workshop at the Oriental Museum exploring the Egyptian goddess Taweret and building a mythological creature.
Families can learn about the powerful ancient Egyptian goddess Taweret and then build their own mythological creature. The session is part of the Oriental Museum's free family programme, which draws inspiration from objects on display in the galleries. Activities are generally suitable for families with children aged 5 to 11, and all children must be accompanied by an adult. It is a drop-in event with no booking required, running from 1pm to 3pm.
