About
Harp-led band MAL perform a Celtic Connections show fusing traditional Scottish and Irish melodies with electronic club beats at Saint Luke's.
Led by harpist and producer Malachy Arnold, MAL place the harp at the heart of driving electronic music inspired by techno, house and jungle. Joined by Finn MacPherson on pipes and whistle, Macaulay Ross on fiddle and Gillie O'Flaherty on synths and keys, the band fuses traditional Scottish and Irish melodies with bass-heavy grooves and contemporary club sounds. The high-energy performance forms part of Celtic Connections 2027.
