Stundom and Lucie Hendry
About
Celtic Connections concert pairing the Danish trio Stundom with Scottish lever harpist Lucie Hendry at Mackintosh Queens Cross in Glasgow.
As part of Celtic Connections 2027, acclaimed Danish trio Stundom bring their blend of Nordic folk, chamber music and contemporary composition to Mackintosh Queens Cross. Drawing on traditional Scandinavian dance music, their sound combines soaring violin, shimmering cittern and evocative piano, moving between intimate folk melodies and expansive textures. The bill also features lever harpist Lucie Hendry, whose music sits between the Scottish folk tradition and Nordic influences, joined by her full band to celebrate her second album Ashes to Art (2026).
