About
A 90-minute mindful workshop learning the Japanese art of kintsugi, mending broken china with golden resin repairs at Mini Picassos.
Led by Claire of Dotty by Design, this workshop introduces the kintsugi method, the Japanese craft of repairing broken china and earthenware with a golden resin seal so the cracks are celebrated rather than hidden. Participants choose a broken piece of porcelain such as a vase, bowl, plate or cup and are guided step by step through joining each fractured section. All materials are provided, attendees may bring their own china, and the class runs approximately 90 minutes.
