Ballet Theatre UK presents its production of The Snow Queen, based on Hans Christian Andersen's classic fairy tale. The ballet follows Gerda's quest across the frozen north to find her friend Kay, who has been placed under an evil spell by the Snow Queen, encountering gypsies, enchanted reindeer and a reclusive Lapland woman along the way. The company of international dancers performs with costumes and stage sets to a musical score, in a show running approximately two hours.
