This inclusive walk offers a gentle stroll around Valentines Park for people living with dementia, mental health illness and disabilities, with plenty of friendly conversation along the way. Attendees are asked to contact the Health & Wellbeing team beforehand so organisers know to expect them on the day. The walk lasts around 45 minutes.
