History Wardrobe's Lucy Adlington and Lucy Ridley present a costumed history talk about Victorian Christmas traditions, framed around characters Ethel and Ermintrude Scrooge. The 75-minute presentation weaves in a textile and fashion theme, with the 'ghosts of Fashions Past, Present & Future' attempting to persuade grumpy dressmaker Ethel to make a ballgown for her sister's Christmas celebration. Doors open at 6:30 PM and under-18s must attend with a parent or legal guardian.
