Introduction to Glass Fusing with Una Galbraith
About
A hands-on glass fusing workshop with artist Una Galbraith at Studio 164, where participants cut, layer and fuse glass to make small decorative pieces.
Led by glass artist Una Galbraith, this afternoon workshop teaches the fundamentals of cutting, layering and fusing glass, with participants experimenting with colour, texture and design to create small projects such as jewellery, drink stirrers, bookmarks, magnets or hanging decorations. Mosaic artists can also make glass inclusions for their mosaics. The November and December classes offer the option of making festive/Christmas decorations. All materials, tools, tea, coffee and snacks are provided, and the sessions suit beginners and more experienced participants alike.
