Rhona Duffy leads a hands-on glass fusing workshop at Studio 164 in Falkirk, teaching the essential techniques of cutting, layering and fusing glass. Participants explore the properties of glass, experiment with colour and texture, and design two or three small projects such as sun catchers, tiles, coasters, drink stirrers or magnets. All materials and tools are provided, and pieces are kiln-fired for collection a few days later or posted out for a small extra charge. The workshop suits complete beginners and welcomes accompanied children aged 14+; on the November and December dates attendees can focus on festive decorations.
