Met Express

Met Express is The Met's inclusive learning disability theatre company for adults, meeting weekly on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Met Express is The Met's own learning disability theatre company, where a group of adults has worked together over several years to develop skills and create theatre. Sessions are run by expert facilitators and the membership is diverse and inclusive. The group currently operates a waiting list, so new members should enquire by email before booking. Sessions run 7pm-9pm on Mondays and Tuesdays, bookable per session or by half-term block.
