The Restorative Harp Project | Live Stillness Session | Cockermouth

A small-group live harp session inviting deep rest and stillness as improvised music fills the room while guests lie down comfortably.

Guests lie down with mats and blankets while slow, resonant live harp music is improvised in the moment, shaped by the atmosphere of the room. The session opens with a short gentle introduction, followed by roughly 30–45 minutes of restorative harp immersion. It is not a concert but a held restorative environment encouraging stillness and release, with sessions kept intentionally small. Doors open at 2:45 PM and under-14s must attend with a parent or legal guardian.
