Into the Stillness - A Relaxing Winter Sound Bath

A winter-themed sound bath at Amersham Band Hall combining guided harp meditation with singing bowls, gongs and percussion.

Rebecca of celestialsounds.love hosts a 75-minute sound bath inspired by the quiet transition into winter. The session opens with a gentle guided meditation accompanied by harp, followed by immersion in Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, gongs and gentle percussion before returning to stillness. Participants simply lie down and receive the sounds; tea and chocolate are served at the end. Suitable for ages 14+, with no experience needed — attendees bring a mat, pillow and blanket.
