About
A family-friendly interactive space adventure at the National Maritime Museum with real astronomers, a Mars rover landing game and a galaxy box.
Astronomers Take Over is a multi-zone, interactive space-themed experience at the National Maritime Museum, suitable for all ages from 4 to 104. Visitors can meet real astronomers, try landing a Mars rover, use a starlight splitter and step inside a 'galaxy box'. While the Peter Harrison Planetarium is closed for refurbishment, the experience also offers an alternative planetarium experience in an intimate space at the museum. It runs daily from 10am to 5pm.
