Daense

Brussels-based jazz-funk band Daense performs at Jazzlive at The Crypt, featuring saxophonist Arnaud Guichard's return to the venue.

Daense is a Brussels-based five-piece exploring colour and groove, drawing on funk, soul, R&B, jazz and jazz fusion with a contemporary touch. The band features Olivier Penu on drums, Federico Pecoraro on bass, Lorenzo Kobina on keys, Florent Jeunieaux on guitar and Arnaud Guichard on tenor sax. Guichard is a former Crypt regular who once led the venue's monthly jam session, and this concert marks his return with his own group. The event is for ages 18 and over, with doors at 8pm.
